The name of this post, pretty much says it all!

We all love looking at beautiful, stunning, ridiculously gorgeous people, okay well I hope I'm not the only one who enjoys it.  We all have our favs that we tend to gravitate towards whatever our reasoning and I'm no different.  I have included both men and women in this post because gorgeous is gorgeous regardless. I of course included one of my top guys Mr. Dornan because, well....I don't need a reason . Also I do believe all of these lovely individuals are parents. So we'll just call this Week..... Incredibly Attractive Parents...... no......I'll think of something...better then that.....hopefully.

I hope you enjoy this parade of hotness and be looking forward to this as a weekly occurrence.

My Plum Paper Planner

I'm always in the market for a good planner. Especially one for the new year and while I love my Erin Condren Life Planner, I started looking at some of the other companies and the planners that they sold and how they compared to the EC life planner.

Visiting the different websites, watching different YouTube videos reviewing all kinds of planners, watching plan with me videos with different planners and how people organized the planner to fit their style. It got pretty over whelming.  But, one planner kept showing up and was getting really great reviews and feedback from respectable youtubers and bloggers, and that was the Plum Paper Planner.

This planner is customizable ,with different cover designs, you can add your name or whatever you want also you can add a monogram, which I love (I'm a southern girl at heart, so I'll slap a monogram on anything that will sit still!) They offer 7 different types of planners which include: regular planners, family, student, teacher, fitness, monthly,  and a larger teacher planner.
There is also 4 weekly spread layouts you can choose from, these may differ slightly depending on the type of planner, I'm not sure. With the planner I got, you could choose morning, afternoon, evening, hourly 7am-8pm, regular columns, or horizontal layout with notes.  You can choose your start month and add extra pages to your planner if you'd like. Want extra note pages? You can add them. I opted to make mine an 18 month planner instead of the regular 12 month. I also got 4 pages of stickers.

I got a Regular planner with added months to make it an 18 month calendar

Front Cover

Back Cover

Here at the front you have your monthly calendars for the year of 2016 and also 2017

Front of the tab for April

The back of the tab page has this dashboard for your month. Its neat and clean and it's right at the front of your month so you can quickly glance at it.

Here's your month at a glance

Then your weekly layout. I chose the layout with just columns. It was the most simple to me and gave me the space to organize or decorate my week the way I wanted to.

You get a page of notes with every month

The months in the back where you can write down birthdays and anniversaries

Contact pages

Passwords page

Sticker pages

And you get a cute little pocket at the end of your planner, that you can put important papers, reminders in. Use it for anything you want!

This planner is very comparable to the Erin Condren Life Planner. There are quite a few similarities but also some differences between the two. The biggest difference I noticed, besides price, was the paper. Both have nice paper, but Plum Paper is very very smooth and has I guess, a slip feeling to it where the life planner doesn't.  So just do your research.

The Plum Paper planner regular price for this planner is $31. With my add ones I believe I paid $38 plus shipping. The EC Life planner, granted I didn't pay for it was a gift was $60

Here they are side by side

I am and will continue to use both, and in 18 months I guess is when I will make the decision of which planner I will be repurchasing. Or who knows, maybe there will be another planner that catches my eye or maybe not. Guess we will just have to see!!

How do you keep your life organized?
Are you Ec LIfe planner all he way?
or have you jumped on the Plum Paper planner wagon too?

Swing into Spring: Hott Makeup Trends

Spring has sprung!

Well, it has in most places. Here in Kansas, it's anyone's guess. It's beautiful and warm one day and its cold and sleeting snow the next. We catch a lot of nature's bipolar mood swings, but for the most part spring has started. The trees are growing new leaves and blossoms, flowers are blooming. It's really quite lovely.

Of course with the entrance of the new season,  some cosmetics companies have released their spring/summer product lines for 2016.  I'm sure it's no surprise, I'm always excited for new makeup releases, let's be real. I'm not always for all the trends that they talk about, but with the spring season, there's always pops of color, whether it's bold or natural. I just love new makeup releases!!

Jumping right in, the trends everyone is buzzing about, hot off the run ways are

Pouts that Pop
Electric Eyes
Endless Summer Bronze
Sweet Sunsets for the eyes
Glitter.....Everywhere

Pout That Pop

Personally, I'm drawn more towards a natural lip, but I still love the bright spring colors that companies release. The vibrant reds and pinks, fuchsias and corals. I would love to be able to pull off a coral lip, but sadly, I can't. But people who can, God it's so gorgeous, I"m so jealous.  Also I think this is a staple for spring, bright lips. Rock it for Spring or all year round if you like!

Electric Eyes

Once again, I'm drawn towards the neutral side of things, but everything I saw from fashion week, was screaming colors, especially blue! Which is crazy to me, because Very few people can pull off blue eye shadow. Everywhere you looked, every picture, blue, blue, blue. Whatever that's cool, no problem.
Back to this lovely palette, lovely neutrals, with shimmer. I'm all about that life, plus I love Tarte palettes. They're so beautiful!! This one of course is no exception!

Endless Summer Bronze

Glowing, bronzed, beautiful summer skin........Yes!! All of the Yes. I get all of the feels just thinking about this trend. Mainly because, from the time I was 6 yrs old till now I've had a very fair complexion. Up till my 6th birthday, I had a lovely, lightly bronzed skin tone and I can tan okay, it just takes me a bit to build up the base tan because I'm so fair now as an adult. I didn't get it for a long time, why this happened but honestly if I think about it, My biological background is predominantly Spanish and Irish. Only thing I can think of  is the Irish took over, appearance wise. Ha listen to me, I have no idea what I'm even talking about......anyways, back on topic, beautiful summer skin, every brand from Tom Ford to Urban Decay are doing this trend up big and who can blame them?  What chick doesn't want glowing, healthy looking sun kissed skin? I know I do! I go more for highlighter because I'm so fair, I have to be careful with bronzer or it can easily look like I rolled around in dirt, and that's not cute. Unless of course you're under the age of 5. But , with summer coming when I get a little color bronzer is a must. You can do a little bit or go balls to the wall. Whatever floats your boat.

Sweet Sunsets (for your eyes)

Pinks and peaches aren't just for your cheeks this spring. They're gravitating up to your eyes in a stunning way.  I love pink on the eyes, I always have. It's so pretty and fresh looking, and feminine. It's an easy and simple look, that has a very spring feel to it. Doesn't look heavy.  This trend next to the endless summer skin trend is my favorite!

Glitter Everywhere

I don't think this trend needs any explaining.......I mean who doesn't like glitter, Hello!!!

Again, these are just a few of the 2016 spring/summer trends everyone is buzzing about.

Which ones are you excited about?
